Celebrating the 75th anniversary of Liberation Day with memories, memorabilia and more…

Back in February 2020 I decided to interview my Nan and my Gran who both experienced life under German occupation from two very different perspectives.

Released on Facebook during the Covid-19 pandemic, we were then asked to talk by JT Global via zoom and then to BBC Jersey to relive their memories.

I was then asked to photograph and produce a time-lapse video of artist Ben Robertson’s (aka Bokra World) huge mural which had been commissioned by Building Renovations Ltd.

Finally finishing with photos of my Gran’s socially distanced garden party on Liberation Day.
