Sea Swimming Blog #15
Day 52 Sea Swimming.
#15 of the blog.
Yesterday’s swim at Havre des Pas was glorious.
So glorious that I felt compelled to go back and do it all over again.
I met up with Jason at 7:30am once more and though the water was not quite as still as yesterday the sky seemed quite a bit brighter for the same time.
Whilst those conditions differed one thing that didn’t seem to change was the cold.
We managed about 7 1/2 mins according to Jason’s watch which is quite a bit less than we were doing in the sea (Jason now has gloves and boots which I think I need asap)… the after drop and pain in the fingers and toes just isn’t that fun and prevents longer exposure in the water.
Time to invest I think.
