Sea Swimming Blog #12

Day 48 Sea Swimming.
#12 of the blog.
Today was a trip out east to St Catherines to meet up with the Salty Sea Pups (Jason, Will, Ben & Sam).
It was grey and a bit choppy - fairly cold approx 9 degrees - I took some pics and we swam out to quite a far buoy before heading back in.
Great to see the lads and speak about 2020 + plans/aspirations for 2021.
My intentions are to have a year of being good to myself (look after yourself like you would someone you love)… which I haven’t been so great at these last few years (if I’m being honest from 17 years old onwards)… if I can do that, then I’d like to do the marathon and/or triathlon.
Personal work wise I want to carry on with the sea swimming photos and get some really cool images together and maybe do an exhibition.
Work wise I need to survive 2021 in the first instance and hopefully find some new clients/sources of income as I can’t rely on one client like I did throughout most of 2020.
Having a stronger mentality from the sea swimming/running should help me callous the mind and prepare myself for all ups & downs to come.

This mission is about being better and having a greater impact on the world.
You don’t stop when you are tired.
You stop when you are done.”
